If I promise to arrange something, it happens. That means that the work never really stops, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. For me, the most interesting aspect is open honest communication with both the client and the candidate. Listening well, responding to requirements. Sometimes I arrange for large squads, other times a single technical specialist. Contact and organizing really is my thing. Switching quickly, taking efficient action; these are my core talents.
